Meet your local team
Our cricket classes for toddlers and preschoolers in Northampton and Rugby are run by Simon Lee.
Simon has loved cricket since he was eight years old and has been playing adult league cricket since the age of 11. Over the years he’s represented the RAF and played for different clubs across the country, and now plays for St Crispin & Harlestone Cricket Club. He’s also a proud dad of three boys, all of whom share his love of cricket.
For the past five to six years, he’s also coached All Stars and Dynamos at Heyford Cricket Club, and is lead coach for the club’s Under 12 team where he helps young players develop their skills and confidence.
Away from cricket, Simon has enjoyed a varied career, most recently as Head of Technology. Now, he’s stepping into a new chapter, combining a part-time commercial role with launching Cricket tots. Having spent years coaching children and watching his own three boys develop a love of playing, it felt like the perfect opportunity to turn his passion into a career. As Simon says, “I’ve loved my time coaching All Stars and Dynamos, and this feels like a great opportunity to genuinely go to work with a smile on my face.”
